Interview: Anthony from LALExpo

Don't forget to [url=http://lalexpo.com/]check out the website[/url][/i] [b]Hi Anthony, how old are you and where are you from?[/b] I�m 29 years, i was born in New York, but after a few years, my father wanted to return to Colombia, so we moved back. It took a little bit to get acclimated to living in Colombia, but once I did, I was an honor roll student in high school and college. I have a Business degree that I utilize in our business every day. My father and I had an amazing opportunity to start a family owned business, after college I went full time in the adult industry with our family business, AJ Studios. Since then I have created an Expo for the Live cam & the adult industry called LALExpo, so far each year the Expo has been so well received that we have doubled our attendees. [b]How did you come in contact with the cam business?[/b] Before AJ studios we were in the travel and consulting business, we had an upscale bed and Breakfast in Colombia focused on international clientele, besides accommodation we offered a wide range of services such as private interpreters, bilingual Car service, private investigators, consulting on purchase of real state in Colombia or investment opportunities among others. We got a client from the US who came to Colombia with the project to setup a cam studio and hired us to help him get started and a 1 year management support contract. So that�s how we came in contact with the cam business. [b]How would you describe yourself and what is your area of expertise?[/b] At AJ Studios we have a �win � win� philosophy, this is the number one reason that we have had so many successes and become the largest webcam studio in all of South America, but are recognized for our professionalism and business innovation, globally. We believe that everyone in the day-to-day operations are valuable in the success of the business, in the first 2 years in business, we failed multiple times, but we do not see it as failures, from failure we found all the right ingredients to make smart choices in operating the business. This is why today, we have studios all over Colombia, employ over 250 people and are constantly expanding, we have won awards, work with the top people and companies in the industry, but what stays a constant is, We always stay humble and know that if we take care of your employees, they will be loyal and work to take care of the business that takes care of them. [b]Where and when did you get the idea to organize the LALExpo?[/b] I knew that before we could create the LALEXPO we had to understand the industry completely and make sure that what they did in our business was absolute and successful, but went a step further to included 2 major partnerships with additional industry leaders, Grupo Bedoya and Juan Bustos. At current, the LALEXPO is going into its 3rd year, the success of the expo has grown more than we could hope for, all of the top brands and companies support and sponsor, why because it promotes professionalism, trust, growth, loyalty to the webcam industry. The LALEXPO was created to provide a platform for studios, models, webmasters and professionals from the live cam industry to collaborate and enhance the international and global markets. One of the primary goals of LALEXPO is to improve and expand the webcam businesses and industry, but to also ensure that webcam companies are operating legally and safely and meeting their business goals. [b]Do you have other experiences with organizing shows?[/b] We have some experience since we have another business which is a Latin American matchmaking and marriage agency, so we been operating tours and events for over 10 years with international clientele. What do you like best about organizing shows like this and are you planning to continue and/or do you have other plans for the future? We believe strongly in partnerships, sponsoring and supporting the industry that has supported our business, we have helped many new, up and coming small studio�s get a running start at attaining success in the industry.That is why we had vision and started the LALEXPO a few years ago, to help expand, support and enhance the markets in the webcam industry as a whole. LALEXPO has grown beyond expectation, we seen that the event could and has eXpanded outside of live cams so we are welcoming companies and professionals from all verticals in the adult industry� It�s now a show for all areas for of the adult industry. [b] Do you have a funny story or experience to share and maybe some tips for new cammodels?[/b] Many people only think of past, but the now & future, Colombia is one of the best and safest countries in the world to live and start a great business. There�s a saying for Colombia now and is that the only risk is wanting to stay.. or fall in love with a Colombian girl.
