Interview with MissBerry, model on Chaturbate

Hi MissBerry, thank you for doing this interview with us. You are relatively new to the cam world and we'd love to hear your experiences. Let start with some basics. How old are you and where are you from?

I'm 24 years old, I was born in MG, Brazil and moved to Portugal around the age of 2. 

Do you tell your friends/family you are a cam model?

Yes and no, my close friends and my Mom know about my cam model career. Everyone else thinks I only do OnlyFans and content creation. 

How did you come in contact with the cambusiness?

This is actually a funny story, when my partner and I started dating he had this girlfriend and she had just started streaming on Chaturbate. I always knew this industry existed. I just never looked into it, so after a year of learning what Chaturbate was I signed in. 

Is webcam modeling your main job or do you do other things besides it?

Yes, it is my main job. I also do a bunch of other stuff too. I'm a tattoo artist as a hobby. I can never focus only on one thing career wise so I need to have multiple outlets to express myself.

How would you describe yourself as a cam model?

To be completely honest, I don't know so I asked my mods and they said: a very interactive one, chill, caring. I like to give everyone that comes to my room the same attention even if you are not paying, for me creating a community is very important.

Have you also been working on different sites?

I tried Cam4 sometimes, I don't think it matches my vibe. I'm open to advice, I also heard Streamate is a good site.

Do you have a special room prepared in your house for your shows?

Not anymore, my living room is my workspace, I love bringing people into this room in my house because I feel like it gets very intimate.

How was your first modeling experience?

Well I did not make use of the new model banner, so it was pretty frustrating. I spent a good 4/5 hours in an empty room, got fake tips, it was bad. But somehow I enjoyed being on cam. 

Does being a cam model interfere with your personal (sex) life?

Yes, sometimes after a few nights of work I'm just exhausted and have no libido.

What's the most appealing thing about your job?

Probably the ability to travel and work from anywhere I want. If I'm thinking of moving out of my country for a few months I can do it without worrying about finding another job. 

What do you like least about your job?

Probably that some people feel entitled to your time and body just because you are being nice to them. 

If you could do it all over again with all the knowledge you have now, would you still be a cam model?

Well first, MAKE USE OF THE NEW MODEL BANNER, that first week can launch you, and make you a big big model. Have a business plan, choose a nice and catchy username and not try to act all professional when u have no idea what u doing, just be yourself. 

What's your view on the cam industry in general?

I think it is a very underestimated industry, and is still not normalized like for example OnlyFans is. 

Do you have a funny story or experience to share?

This was funny to me only because I felt like I was making the easiest money ever. So a guy came to my room paid for pm, asked for a pvt show, I asked "what do you want to do during the show?", he answered "I want to drink your milk". I was like, i'm not pregnant or lactating, he said it was fine he just wanted one boob out, me with my arms crossed and eyes closed. So I did this pvt show just eyes closed and one boob out. 

What are your plans for the future besides cam modeling?

I want to grow my persona here in my country, build my brand and start my business.

Any tips for new cam models?

Study, Study, Study. The more you study the more you will have to say/do on your shows.

The traffic in your room does not dictate the money you will make.
