Streamate Models has been hard at work this year to continue to improve our platform, deliver high-quality traffic, and give our models new tools and options. Below are just some of our recent updates, and many more are on the way!
New Multilingual Documentation
Streamate's fast-growing global traffic has attracted a surge of new models from all around the globe. To help more of our models succeed, we have now added multilingual documentation. When viewing our help pages, Streamate Models can choose to view the text in additional languages (with more languages on the way). These new options give our models easier access to:
- important news and updates
- our "Getting Started" guides for new models
- helpful documentation for all existing features
- contest and bonus event announcements and rules
- our internal support form where you can ask for help or share your feedback.
Improved Model Recommendations
This year we have made several updates to our recommendation system that helps us match models with members who are more likely to enter their chat and spend. This automatic system uses factors such as a member's language, location, and past spending to create a custom list of models we think they may want to check out. By showing each member more models who speak their language or who share traits they are interested in, we can make it easier for our models to strike up a conversation, make a connection, and grow their audience! This recommendation system continues to grow with each new update and helps us pair each live performer with interested customers from all around the world.
More Great Features for Models
The Streamate Models platform continues to grow in many directions. In recent months we've added new options for mobile streams, eXpanded menus for live member requests, and an improved media manager for photos and videos. We've also added brand new features such as a snapshot system for creating a custom thumbnail for each live stream. We have several other features in the works that we can't reveal yet, but are excited to announce later this year!
