Introduction: What to Expect from This Regular Column

Before I introduce myself, let’s get straight to the purpose of this column. This space is intended for models and performers to come together as a community to read, discuss, and engage with topics that truly matter in the world of camming. Whether it's about starting out in camming, finding the best platform for you, earning more, dealing with the stresses of camming, or defining what "success" means (which varies for everyone), this column aims to go beyond surface-level tips. We’ll delve into educational and informative topics in a light-hearted and positive manner, helping models achieve their goals and find happiness in their camming careers. We will also address common obstacles and challenges.

Deeper than the Tip

Why is this column called “Dialogues of Camming: Deeper than the Tip”?

Firstly, the "Dialogues" part is inspired by the Dialogues of Plato, reflecting my philosophy on camming and my mentor approach to helping others gain the knowledge and tools needed for success. I presented my “Dialogues of Camming” at the Online Cam Summit in 2018, covering the basics of camming and what models should know or be aware of both online and offline. As Ben Franklin said, “An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.” 

Secondly, the title “Deeper than the Tip” works on multiple levels. Besides the obvious sexual reference, it signifies that we will be discussing useful tips to enhance your work and productivity. Models earn through tips and/or private shows, but there’s more to camming than meets the eye. Often, we only see the tip of the iceberg, unaware of the more substantial and valuable part beneath the surface. Now that I’ve given you a glimpse, let’s dive deeper if you’re ready.

My name is Ophelia, better known as LittleRedBunny. Since 2009, I've been a cam artist and one of the most awarded and recognized models in this industry. My primary platforms are Streamate and LiveJasmin, where I am recognized as their top earner to date. Additionally, I have broadcasted on MyFreeCams, and Flirt4Free. In 2017, I founded LittleRedBunny Academy, the first webcam model training academy in the industry. The Academy offers training for models and studio trainers, along with consulting services for studios, platforms, and peripheral companies supporting the webcam industry. I also introduced Camology, focusing on "The Art of Camming," providing a tailored approach to the unique medium of camming and entertainment. This includes practical insights into the camming industry as well as the philosophical and psychological aspects essential for models to achieve their full potential.

I launched this column driven by a desire to empower cam models and elevate the industry. By leveraging my expertise, we'll tackle crucial topics through engaging discussions. My goal? To help models not only navigate challenges and improve working conditions, but also thrive in a supportive, tight-knit global community.

Now, I don't claim to be a know-it-all guru with all the answers. However, I bring extensive experience from both sides of the camera in this industry. Over the past years, I've attended numerous industry events worldwide, forging relationships with key figures across webcam platforms, payment processors, traffic companies, hosting providers, studio owners, and managers, among others. These connections have allowed me to maintain neutrality, which is crucial to me. It enables me to offer impartial, unbiased, and objective perspectives, providing the best advice, recommendations, and tips in the best interest of others.

These experiences have given me a lot of insight and knowledge, allowing me to see things from various angles and share ideas on how we can make things better for models. I’m not claiming to be perfect—far from it. Actually, I often say I’m perfectly imperfect. But I want to use my years of experience to guide us through a series of articles and topics that can benefit the entire model community.

Here’s what I have in mind for this column in the coming months:

• Encourage feedback from models through social media and the comment section of each article. I want to hear your thoughts, even if you disagree or want to add something to the topic.

I’m really excited to kick off this column, but I know it’ll only succeed and be useful with the active participation and support of the model community—your feedback, suggestions, and engagement mean everything. I believe the model community is stronger together than as individuals, and I hope this can be a valuable initiative for everyone!
