ePlay Guidelines and Rules
ePlay was created to bring creative individuals and their fans together, allowing streamers to thrive within a community that cares. With ePlay, your creativity can flourish uncensored (compared to most platforms), but there are some essential content guidelines you must follow to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
What You Can Do
Enjoy the platform knowing your content is safe and your earnings can reach their full potential. However, it's crucial to adhere to the following content guidelines:
No Minors
ePlay is an adult-only community. All individuals appearing in your content (referred to as "Performers") must be ID verified by ePlay, regardless of whether the content is explicit or safe-for-work (SFW). This includes:
- Live streams
- Photos
- Videos
Only Performers with an ePlay account and verification can appear in your content. ePlay has a zero-tolerance policy for any content featuring minors or sexually exploiting minors. Such content is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and relevant global law enforcement agencies.
Who Can Be on Your Stream?
Only you and the Performers listed within "My Performers" in your my.eplay admin can appear in your live performances, videos, and photos. This means:
- You cannot show streams, videos, or photos from other creators on ePlay or any other platform.
- No unknown individuals or random people can appear on your stream, even in the background.
ePlay makes it easy to collaborate with other Performers. Follow the instructions on the My Performers page for seamless collaboration.
Copyrights
Creators should only stream, upload, and share content they have created or have permission to use. Specifically, you cannot:
- Stream or upload videos you didn't create unless you have explicit permission from the original creator.
- Use content owned by others, such as music tracks or snippets of copyrighted programs, without permission.
- Use trademarks and copyrighted logos unless permitted by the company's logo usage rules.
Other important rules
- No Harmful or Dangerous Acts
- No Hate Speech
- No Cyberbullying and Harassment
- No Content Targeting Children
- No Animals or Firearms
- No Obscenity
- No Alcohol or Illegal Drugs
- No Sale of Illegal or Regulated Goods or Services
