Document Requirements for Streamer Applications

To ensure a smooth application process, they need to verify your identity with official documents. Here's what you need to know:

Accepted Documents

• Officially Sanctioned IDs: Use a state or government-issued ID such as a passport, identification card, or driver’s license.

Photo Guidelines

• DOs:
• Take your photo in a brightly lit room.
• Use an officially sanctioned ID.
• Ensure all information on your application is complete and accurate.
• DON’Ts:
• Avoid taking photos in dark rooms where your face or ID information is unclear.
• Do not use unofficial IDs like medical insurance cards, school IDs, or library cards.
• Ensure your ID is not expired. If it is, wait for a new one before applying.

Important Note on Conduct

Applying as a streamer does not grant special access to other performers on ePlay. Any unwelcome behavior towards other performers will result in the deactivation of your account and the rejection of your application.

Reapplying if Documents Are Not Approved

If your documents were not approved, don’t worry! You can always reapply. Whether it's due to auto-verification issues or unclear documents, ePlay always tries to help.

Resubmission Process

1. Email Notification: They will send you an email if they need new images from you.
2. Send New Images: Email the requested images to [email protected].
3. Review: They will review the new files and inform you if anything else is needed.

Common Reasons for Resubmission

• Expired ID: They will notify you if your ID is expired or about to expire.
• Unclear Information: If they can’t read the information on your ID, you’ll need to send a clearer image.
• Paper Scans: They need to see the original ID, not a scanned copy.

Profile Customization

Cover Photo

• Choose a Unique Cover Photo
• Select a cover photo that makes your profile distinct and visually appealing.
• Important: No nudity in the cover photo. While ePlay is flexible with stream content, the cover photo should be safe for work.

Profile Picture

• Pick a Great Profile Picture
• This is the first image viewers will see when they search for you. Make sure it’s high-quality and represents you well.

Offline Photo

• Select a Fun Offline Photo
• This photo appears when you are not live. Use this space to showcase a bit of your personality and creativity.

Image Specifications

• File Types: Acceptable formats are jpg, jpeg, and png.
• Size Limit: Images can be a maximum of 12MB.
