1. ADMIN

• Role: These are ePlay's support members.

2. MODERATOR

• Role: Moderators appointed by streamers.
• Function: They help manage the chat, keep conversations on track, and handle any disruptive users.

3. PLAYER SUPPORT

• Role: Streamer support users.
• Function: Positioned to assist streamers quickly and efficiently, these users are the first point of contact for daily support needs. They have a direct line to ePlay's main support team to escalate issues if necessary.

4. VERIFIED

• Role: Verified users.
• Function: These users are not affiliated with ePlay but have had their identities verified. This means their purchases are also verified, providing a layer of trustworthiness.

Understanding User Levels

In addition to badges, you may notice numbers next to usernames. These numbers indicate the user’s level, which is based on their activity and token spending on the site.

What Do the Levels Mean?

• Level Significance: Users earn levels by purchasing and spending tokens. The higher a user's level, the more they have engaged with the site.
• Total Levels: ePlay currently has 14 levels.
• VIP Status: A higher level often indicates a VIP user who is more likely to spend tokens, making them valuable to streamers.

How to Deal with Trolls and Toxic Users in Chat on ePlay

ePlay is dedicated to providing its streamers with the tools needed to manage all types of users in their chats. Their primary goal is to empower streamers to moderate their chats effectively every day.

Block, Report, and Move On

If ignoring doesn’t work, models can mute or ban users without needing to justify their actions. Even if disruptive users have spent a lot of tokens, streamers have the right to maintain the integrity of their chat. How to Mute or Block Users

To mute, ban, or block users, streamers can follow these steps:

1. Click on the icon next to the username.
2. A pop-up will appear. Click "MOD >" to view options.
3. Select the appropriate option: timeout, ban, or block.

Moderating Options

• Timeouts (10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour): The user is temporarily restricted from the chat.
• Ban Forever: The user can still tip but cannot participate in chat.
• Block Forever: The user is completely blocked from tipping, viewing the stream, or engaging with the streamer’s content on ePlay.
