There have always been rumors now and then that Twitter is not going to allow nude anymore. Although it hasn't happened yet and we don't know if there is any truth to it, it is not something that is far-fetched. In the resent and not so resent past lots of (big)sites have changed their attitude towards adult (Googles Blogger since March this year or Paypal since 2003 for example) and simply banned all adult content or sites like Facebook that have simply never allowed full on nudity. Social media is one of the main marketing tools models have and when we attended the Webmaster Access in Amsterdam last month we had a very interesting conversation with the creator of 2hot4fb how to solve the nudity problem and to make some extra bucks.
There are 3 basic functions on 2hot4fb:
It offers a way to upload a picture and to create a PG rated thumbnail out of it by adding colorful stickers so there is no nude anymore.
Second, it is a content hub from where you can post to Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr etc. That way when your members click the pg rated thumb on Facebook, they go to the adult rated version on your 2hot4fb profile.
And the 3th part is also very interesting. Creating a profile on 2hot4fb is free, but you can also make money. The revenue of the ads on 2hot4fb are shared with the original content owner, with matching amounts given to users who send the traffic. This gives you, the model, the option to make some extra money on a picture you already wanted to upload anyway. The more people click on your picture, the more money you make of course. For example, for every 1000 views of uploaded or posted content you get $1.00.
Just visit 2hot4fb here and check it out. It's a very interesting concept to make a few extra dollars with your pictures and it also makes it easier to share your pictures on Facebook.
