You can now use the search bar in the top right corner of the screen to search for users as well as forum topics.
It's even giving suggestions 
Maybe we can expand it so you can use it to search camsites as well.

The next newsletter (Thursday) will be in HTML, to give it a better look. You'll still find the hottest forum topics and latest news and we've added the weekly topmembers list. After the newsletter is send, the weekly topmember list will reset.
You can now see how many friends everybody has and more important... who!
There's a link on everyone's profile, just under the amount of achievements, likes and XP.

Thanks to Rutgers hard work, it's now possible to comment on photos. 
We're working on a better way to make use of your profile Wall. In the right corner of the site you see "what's on your mind?" What you enter here, will appear on your wall. You can use this for status updates.
We're also working on a better and easier way to see these wallpost/status updates, so you know when somebody posted something 
We've created a new topmember list. You can find this weeks topmembers (reset every Sunday) and overall topmembers (both based on XP). Time spent online and total achievements. We've also changed the topmember list on the homepage to this weeks topmembers.
We�ve changed the subforums a bit by adding a couple new categories: For Sale and Wanted and Hardware, Software and Webdesign. We also added a subforum dedicated to CamgirlCollective for discussing the commercial profiles.

We're happy to announce that WeCamgirls has grown a lot since last month. Page views have more then doubled; 50.214 (last month 23.709) and the same goes for the unique visitors; 7.968 (last month 3.972). Great work!

Just figured out with some help of CCarmen13 that the profile pages are unreadable in Internet Explorer 9. We'll be fixing this as soon as possible! Sorry for the inconveniences...
If you've been using the chat, you see there's a little bug in there. Instead of the letter v it gives the command "br" which means "enter". Since the chat is one of the few things we didn't actually create ourselves we have to wait for arrowchat's support to fix this. It will be fixed as soon as we hear back from them...
We made a decision and after long consideration it will be option 1 (which most of you preferred). This means we�ll create a special forum that is only accessible for verified members. We also comply to other request; - We will make it more difficult for customers to get an account (we have an idea, but won�t discuss it here) and - we will delete accounts that belong to customers. - Besides this, we�ll also make the thread Working for Studios? Yay or No Way? a sticky, so you can discuss the benefits but also the potential dangers of signing up with a studio. - A link to the topic will also be added to the studio directories. Why have we chosen this option? We wanted to create a secure area for cammodels to talk, but by making all the forums �verified members only�; - We�d be losing a lot of potentially useful information and discussions. - They would be useless to aspiring cammodels. - We'd lose models which don�t want to be verified. - We wouldn�t have something to show new models, so they�d think, �hey this place is empty� and leave. That�s it! Thanks for your input. When there are multiple options, it�s never possible to make everybody happy, but I hope our measures are justified and acceptable�
Alex Shwarz runs a very nice blog: iCammodel. For those of you who don�t know it, it�s filled with great information about camrelated topics and worth a visit. His well-written stories are very informative and if you are interested in becoming an independent Cammodel, he also runs an IT company that offer web-designs for Adult Industry workers.
You will be able to create your commercial profile site from WeCamgirls, but the entry page will be from another domain. Otherwise customers need to enter through here and that is not the purpose of WeCamgirls. We registered two names, which one would you guys prefer? CamgirlCollective.com or Independers.com
We created a new subforum: Payment Methods. You can now discuss all the different payment methods that are out there, such as Payoneer, Paypal, Payza, Paxum, etc.
We are having a discussion about what to do with the forums. Basically there are two options: 1 We create a new extra forum that is only accessible for verified members. The forums that are already on the site will stay the same. 2 The forums stay as they are, but will only be accessible for verified members (except the one that is about WeCamgirls) Pros option 1: Camsites and studios can answer your questions Con option 1: Camsites, studios and non-verified members see all the forum posts except for the ones in the verified member area Pros option 2: Camsites, studios and non-verified members can't read forum posts Cons option 2: Camsites and studios don't see your questions on the forums and can't answer them We could use your input on this one. And maybe some of you have a third or fourth option... If this is a non-issue for you and you simply don't care, please let us know by leaving a post here...
