The app crashes a lot the sign up is scary cause most people are denied and give up after 4 tries.
Everything was working great for almost 3 years. I used this payment provider and loved them. Always on time super reliable. Until today. It’s been over 24hrs since Chaturbate sent me my payment notification email. I messaged them and they confirmed they sent Paxum a payment. So I phone the 1866 number online. Spoke to a gentleman on the phone. Told me the payment is pending still and needs to be approved. 😭. It’s never taken this long. Kind of scared 😟 here wondering when I can get paid.

hello,i recived last night a transfer from chaturbate tehn in teh morning 12 hrs ago i got a message from skyprivate that my payment was sent and 12 hrs from then my money still are not in my account,i called paxum 3 times and always same answer that all transfer can be under review and to wait and if they will need anytihing from me will e mail me,i am totally consider other options,they start to be very unrelaible

I had Paxum... ordered a card that never arrived... After more then 7 months waiting I cancel my account with them!
I decided to give them another chance as I also need because 2 of the websites I work unfortunately have them as option and there's not other options besides direct transfer. Ok, I did another account with them... and this time the card arrived in less then a month. Few months later the card was cancel and since then there's no option, no updates besides keep saying "very soon" or "in talks" for us to have a new option as card... Not even a virtual visa card option you have with them.
Very disappointed, feels like they really don't even want to take the effort to fill their clients needs.
I am sure I am not the only one feeling this way!
As a adult model, my advice is to choose CosmoPayment instead Paxum.

I'm sorry you've had a negative experience. With regards to cards we currently have Paxum Unionpay cards available for most countries, have you considered ordering one? We also have EFT (local bank transfer) available to over 75 different countries, plus external card withdrawal and WIRE withdrawal. If you're unsure what's available for your account, please contact our support team and they can let you know!
I really don't want to transfer the money to my bank... About the UnionPay Card I also tried it and had to cancel, as not every website accepts UnionPay as a option (Amazon for example don't accept them), and there's problems to withdrawal the money on a Atm.
In deed thye dont do nothing. Imi am transfering from paxum to skrill but very high fees. On a 100€ transfer they have fixed 6€ plus extra comision. So from 100€ i get on skrill 90. I wont use the account from next mounth and i will try cosmopayment

With me till now everything is working fine and i have an account with them for a year and half so, time enough to see, i just believe the fees are very very high and i am looking for a cheaper solution because is horrible to do the convertion and see how much you loose when you have big amounts to cash out....

Fees are a lot,software is old,absurd,3dsecure does not exist, and since yesterday i can't use my card because of some techical problems of their payment processor,but i see declined transaction fees for every try of use. So..their technical issues are in their advantage. I do not recommend. I will not use it anymore.

Worst company ever! They're a nightmare, since I started camming I had problems with them but I continued using because unfortunately it's one of the few options for brazilians cam models.
They charge an absurd fee of $50 for a wire transfer, stopped working with visa without notifying clients or changing the payment description (I only discovered this after lots of trials and contacting support), they added a local bank transfer option to Brazil again without any warning but when I tried it wasn't working and support said that was happening because is a new system (so they knew it, but didn't said anything to clients) and recommended me to use their unionpay card or pay $50 for another wire. Today I paid the $45 fee for activate the card and put my money in there but the ATM said "transaction unavailable for this card". I contacted them to be refunded, but I'll probably lose $100 in this fees. I already paid $50 in many wires since they stopped working with visa because they don't accept my mastercard. So frustrating and stressful.

They are truly the worst. I logged into my account only to find out it was no longer verified (when it previously was) and then when I attempted to re-verify my account, they rejected my id and my face shot. Like....sorry, but this is my face? It's super annoying because I'm in Canada and payment options are limited as is.
Ok so, everything went well and smooth here, untill I ordered (union pay) card. It took about 4 weeks to make the card, and only 2-3 days to receive it. I activated card right away (and they didn't say how much activation will cost), so it took about 50$ from my account, then I transfered all money from wallet to my card. And went all happy thinking how everything will be easier now... But let me tell you! Card didn't work on ANY ATM here, even those especially made for UnionPay cards. I tried so many times, so many atm's, for days. I sent them ticket after ticket, they didn't even bother to answer. Then I found in their ''Terms Of Use'' that if we block our card, our balace will be transfered to it, right away. So I did that. But I still had 0$ in my balance! I was sooo frustrated. Sent them more tickets than I can count. I even called them, tried everything, nothing helped. I waited for 3-4 weeks to get my money back. And even when I did, they never refunded me what they took for card activation, even though I wasn't able to use it anywhere, and closed it after day or two. Since then honestly I didn't have problems with them, I use wire option and get my earnings in 1-3 days, but because of the lapse they did and all the nerves I lost because of that, I can't say anything good about them.

they are completely fraud and scam company they have habit of holding customers money and about their card is a complete scam they charge an extremely cost about thier card but it is not really working .

Situation 100% real at least for Romania, don't know if this is a global/general situation!!!
I have some friends who own several studios, following some notifications from the tax office, a dispute came to the court and during the trial the law firm who represent my friends came into possession of some informations according to which PAXUM on the Romanian side handed over to the tax agency the entire database of persons registered with Romanian citizenship, regardless of whether it was personal or business accounts.
After the legal dispute ends I hope to be able to provide some evidence to support my statement, if any fizical(paper) available, if not I will 100% provide the name of the law firm so that anyone if they want to ensure the correctness of the information will be able to request a meeting at the office and request information about what I said (even if it will be based on a paid meeting).

Hey, I am from Jamaica and I do onlyfans. Paxum closed my account after trying to verify my address which is on my ID card am6d bank statement. They said that they want street number but that is not common in my country. I called and explained only to receive a permanent ban. I feel so hopeless.
