I dodged a bullet I was about to sign up with Studio 4 in Las Vegas, but was bothered by the way they blatantly mislead you on their website.
They say they pay out 70% while other studios offer 50-60%. So of course you would be lead to believe that you are going to be the one getting the 70%.
WRONG... the 70% they are talking about is their cut. Then they also claim to be a women only studio. The owner is male & he's there every Saturday.
So I asked the lady I interviewed about this discrepancy over text & told her I'm having second thoughts due to the trust being broken before I've even started. Wouldn't you know she's not the bubbly, friendly person I met the day before all of the sudden. She very rudely demands I call right away & speak to the owner so he can clear it all up. I told her I think text is best for facts to be laid out. She loses her shit flips out saying that since I won't call the owner has closed my account & "good luck"... I got a good laugh out of the whole THIRSTY endevour.
They didn't lie in their ad they just 100% show that they are shadey af & think of their employees as mindless sheeple that can be manipulated as they deem neccessary.
I understand not everyone operates with ethics or morals even, but step your game up Studio 4. & when someone calls you out on your bs don't get mad at them be upset with your sloppy game you are running. Have some class at least.

Most studios in ro say they offer you 50 to 80% lol but actually it's the amount after the site takes it's own share ..since most sites pay like 30 % to 70% from what you've earned , the amount earned as a model then is divided between you and the studio...most fail to tell to women this ..in the end you get like 15 % to 30% ....not to add there might be some fines such as for incomplete shifts or etc..some studios also fail to tell you that your schedule is not flexible at all , some won't pay you till you do not finish all your shifts , also some they do not tell you you have to work like 100 h in 2 weeks -aka lj example..the studio team often is not entirely women even if they claim so..
